Ideation: People feel more comfortable when they have a soft introduction to a potential provider, hence we would aim to introduce IconGroup’s primary caregivers, from doctors to nurses and anyone else deemed relevant, producing a series of feel-good “get to know us” videos which enhance brand integrity and trust
